We make sure landlords are kept informed of all maintenance works and we will not give the go-ahead with any works if the landlord prefers to give their authorisation prior.
In addition to your tenancy supervisor, we have a dedicated accounts department, rent collections team and in house maintenance team. All departments are here to assist and have vast experience in all aspects of property management. We have various maintenance teams that ensure all works carried out are at a high standard and work within sensible price regions. We can obtain quotes if preferred.
All of our landlords are provided with a report from every inspection carried out and we can ensure your properties are looked after by your tenants and to the standard that we expect. The Property Centre manages an array of residential tenancies, including assured short hold tenancies. Whatever type of tenancy, we can provide for this and guide you as a landlord through the legal minefield. We also collect ground rents and rent charges.
Another main part of our letting side is that we have a team of property inspectors that carry out the inventory prior to the tenants moving in, regular property checks throughout the year and a final inspection at the end of the tenancy.
